José Eber Singapore provides a limited lifetime replacement warranty on our products covering any breakage, failure to heat, or other malfunction due to design or manufacturing defect, for as long as you own the product. This warranty does not apply to problems which are the result of misuse or normal wear and tear, or to products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
A proof of purchase (receipt) will be required to invoke your warranty.
Please note that our one-to-one exchange policy is only valid for products of the same model and value. If the product is discontinued, you will be able to use it as credit towards anything else.
The product will have to be verified faulty while being tested on site at our stores for an exchange.
No refunds will be issued.
If you're staying overseas, you may send in your faulty item for an exchange with a proof of your receipt. A handling fee of SGD40 will be charged upon received of item.
